We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling and registering patient appointments, verifying insurance, and performing check-in/check-out and charge entry functions. You will also enter pertinent information into patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will make you an invaluable member of our team.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified Medical Assistant certification, as well as 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting. You should be proficient in electronic medical records and able to navigate complex systems with ease.
