Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Kitchen Supervisor to become a vital part of our culinary team at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week across 5 flexible days, including weekends and bank holidays. Adaptability is crucial to meet the demands of our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our experienced Head Chef and supportive kitchen staff.
  • Assist in food preparation, manage waste effectively, and ensure portion control.
  • Maintain the high standards expected by the company.
  • Oversee timely food preparation and service.

Requirements:
