As a Tax Associate at Brown Edwards, you will work directly with a team of seasoned professional accountants to support our tax clients. The successful Tax Associate candidate will be on track to obtain their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. What Your Day Looks Like

  • Prepare various tax returns, including corporation, individual, partnership, and fiduciary income tax returns of various levels of complexity.
  • Import various data sets, including working trial balances from clients' files to Brown Edwards' workpaper files.
  • Research complex regulatory tax requirements as they relate to Brown Edwards' clients' needs.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Working towards CPA designation.
  • Understanding of corporate, partnership, and individual tax laws.
