We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kindred Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with medically complex conditions, general medical-surgical conditions, and rehabilitation and/or wound care needs.
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to LVN/LPN or CNA and other patient care team members.
- Promote teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
- Take into consideration the patients' age in the performance of any task.
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in an ICU environment is preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Two or more years of acute care experience or rehabilitation as a registered nurse is preferred.
- A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, by the state of employment.
- Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
