Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching energetic, engaging, and fun class sessions to children aged 18 months to 7 years old.
  • Assisting players in improving their soccer skills through progressive drills and exercises tailored to the skill level of each age group.
  • Organizing and leading age-appropriate soccer activities to apply the skills learned during classes.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with parents, providing updates on players' progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and experience playing or coaching soccer.
  • College level club soccer playing experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting, demonstrating patience and the ability to motivate and engage young athletes.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in the sports industry within a dynamic and innovative soccer training facility.
