Job Summary:

We're seeking a high-energy individual with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed to join our team. As a Fitness Ambassador, you'll be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements:
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
