Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to join a Quality Improvement Consulting Company.

About the Role

This position involves working in a technically exciting environment, supporting internal and external customers nationwide. As a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accrediting or certifying facilities that serve long-term care residents
  • Maintaining current licensure to practice as an LCSW
  • Independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process
  • Setting priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks
  • Openly discussing conflicts/controversy, and seeking assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Social Work
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $72,000-$80,000 per year, with additional benefits including:
