About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, support, and guidance under the supervision of licensed therapists.
  • Execute plans of care, set up and adjust exercise equipment, and assist with modalities as directed.
  • Utilize effective educational techniques to ensure patient understanding and monitor patient safety and response to exercise intensity.
  • Discuss patient performance with licensed therapists and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Perform front-end tasks, including check-in, co-pay collection, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicate with referral teams and schedule management for clinicians.
Requirements
  • CPR certification (offered through Duly Health and Care)
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology and abbreviations
  • Understanding of principles and contraindications/precautions in therapy modalities
  • Team-oriented, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
