Job Title: Scrum Master - Data Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead a Data Scrum team at Pantheon Data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, data management, and a background in government projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Apply knowledge of government regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all project activities.
  • Utilize understanding of Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, to guide the scrum best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices within the team, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in managing projects within a government environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud, and familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location:

United States - Remote

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $91,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
