About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Superintendent to join our team and lead our large-scale commercial projects in key sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities, with a minimum 8+ years of progressive field construction experience, typically as a trades worker, foreperson, or other related role, including at least 5 years of experience in a field supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards
  • Maintenance of high-level technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration
  • Development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Critical thinking and decision-making to resolve complex issues and conflicts
