We are seeking a highly skilled Security Risk Management Lead to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on information security risk management and ensuring that our business operations are secure and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of information security strategies and policies
  • Provide guidance on risk-based discussions and prioritize investments in information security initiatives
  • Advise management on risk issues related to information security and recommend actions to support our risk management and compliance programs
  • Monitor information security trends and keep leadership informed
  • Ensure compliance with policies and laws

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in information security and technology
  • 5+ years of risk management experience with proven ability to effectively apply risk principles to challenging business situations
  • Subject matter expertise in application security, vulnerability testing, and risk appetite
  • Experience evaluating cybersecurity controls and providing guidance for platform or distributed computing platforms (Cloud, PaaS)
  • Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent influencing and problem resolution skills

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $141,700 - $206,100, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary plan and provides industry-leading benefits, access to paid time off, resources, and support to make a genuine impact and contribute to the sustainable growth of our business and the communities we serve.
