Physical Therapist Specialist

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy services to ensure the highest quality care is provided. This includes collaborating with other disciplines and adhering to professional standards and ethics.
The ideal candidate will possess a current State License as a Physical Therapist and maintain license renewal. Two years of experience in long-term acute care and rehabilitation is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy services, including exercises and modalities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist
- Two years of experience in long-term acute care and rehabilitation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
