We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with students to enhance their communication skills and provide tailored speech therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists.
- Conduct assessments and track progress to ensure students receive the best possible support.
- Provide guidance on communication strategies within the classroom and participate in team meetings.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
