Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance as necessary to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
