Restaurant Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at Seven Feathers Casino Resort. As a key member of our dining team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Take customer orders, provide menu recommendations, and relay orders to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring prompt and cordial service.
• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Assist with food preparation, expediting, and plate presentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
