Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Renewal Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
  • Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
