Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight Logistics Coordinator to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

This role involves overseeing the assembly, addressing, stamping, and shipping of merchandise or materials, as well as unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise or materials. Additionally, you will arrange transportation for products and assist customers with shipping inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire shipping process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Develop and implement efficient shipping strategies to meet customer demands
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is essential
  • You should be able to handle physical workload and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks are necessary
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Location: Various locations across the USA (dependent on client requirements)
