Clean and Maintain a State-of-the-Art Cannabis Facility

Lazy River Products is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Attendant to join our team in East Dracut, MA. As a Janitorial Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in common areas of the facility.
  2. Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
  3. Gather and empty trash.
  4. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  5. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
  6. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  7. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  8. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  9. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
  10. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
  11. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  12. Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, manually.
  13. Deep clean inside empty lockers monthly.
  14. Additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  1. Fully-integrated adult-use cannabis facility work environment.
  2. Prolonged periods standing and moving.
  3. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
