Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and to make referrals as needed.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse I must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
