Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and to make referrals as needed.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Current certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse I must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
