Job Description

At Cerritos Ford Inc, we're seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Express Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our guests leave satisfied with their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, battery checks, and fluid top-offs
  • Inspect brake linings and adjust as necessary
  • Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and alignment checks
  • Perform minor services, including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements
  • Take detailed notes during and post-inspection
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability and a valid driver's license
  • Experience at an automotive school or program
  • Automotive 609 Certificate a plus
  • Prior dealership experience a plus
