About the Role

This full-time position offers a rewarding experience working with adults in a dynamic clinical environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing respiratory therapy modalities according to established protocols and guidelines.

• Provide high-quality patient care, including both pediatric and adult populations
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• An active or pending Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license
• A current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a CRT/RRT, preferably in adult settings

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$75,000 to $$90,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000 for qualified candidates. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
