About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Budget Plumbing & Heating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including HVAC equipment and plumbing fixtures.
  • Analyze systems to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely, professional service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent technical skills, including problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to respond to customer complaints, questions, and needs.
