We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will provide specialized care to patients with the most serious illnesses or injuries, utilizing advanced medical equipment and close monitoring to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide intensive care to patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical treatment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to provide high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in critical care or emergency medicine
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
