Housekeeper Job Description

At Healthcare Services Group, we are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of patient, sitting, and dining room furniture. Your duties will include dust mopping and damp mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, and removing and disposing of trash. You will also be responsible for relieving laundry staff as needed. If you have a strong attention to detail and are able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, floors, and commodes
  • Be responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of patient, sitting, and dining room furniture
  • Remove and dispose of trash and relieve laundry staff as needed
