Nursing Home Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operational effectiveness of our assigned facility. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies related to the assigned facility.
- Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor care delivery to determine changes needed to improve outcomes and service standards.
- Review data to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operating budgets for areas of responsibility.
- Direct and coordinate activities of all medical, nursing, and administrative staff and services.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Will strongly consider applicants with a solid 3-5 yrs minimum Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Home experience.
