Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Harlingen, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work in our radiology department. As a travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform computed tomography scans on patients, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting.
