About the Role

This is a 13-week contract opportunity that requires a RN with a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to adults with various medical conditions, including cardiac and stroke patients. Your expertise will be invaluable in titrating drips, managing medication regimens, and interpreting telemetry data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adults with complex medical needs
  • Titrate drips, manage medication regimens, and interpret telemetry data
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
  • Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education to stay current on best practices and policies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license in the state of employment
  • Experience working in a progressive care or intensive care setting
  • Strong background in medical-surgical nursing, with a focus on cardiac and stroke care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $$140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
