Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams in building successful projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cost control and full P+L responsibility
  • Managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contract administration and procurement
  • Estimating and pay requests
  • Scheduling and tracking submittals
  • Safety controls and quality assurance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • 7+ years construction experience, including Data Centers
  • Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
  • Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
