About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Novant Health, specializing in vascular care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and coordinate patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex patient care issues.
  • Ensure timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Document patient assessments, care delivery, and responses to care in medical records.
  • Provide information and facilitate patient/family teaching.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care.
