Chief Reimbursement Officer (MDS) Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee MDS reimbursement for all facilities under our corporate umbrella.
  • Develop and lead strategy for coverage and payment.
  • Advise on MDS reimbursement trends and best practices.
  • Manage the MDS coding application process.
  • Develop MDS reimbursement training materials and resources.

Requirements:

Chief Reimbursement Officer (MDS) Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • High level of knowledge of skilled nursing MDS and reimbursement regulations.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in skilled nursing reimbursement.
  • 5 or more years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of skilled nursing reimbursement and coding systems.
