Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Vice President/Director to join our client's tax team in New York. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation and review of the annual and quarterly income tax provision calculations, as well as managing and reviewing the company's federal, state, and local tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and review of the annual and quarterly income tax provision calculations
  • Manage and review the company's federal, state, and local tax compliance
  • Review partnership allocations
  • Work with other departments at the firm on various issues
  • Assist the Head of Tax with tax strategy and planning for the firm
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience within the corporate or partnership tax space
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • Strong and effective communicator
