Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address any identified concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and maintain accurate records of resident care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
