Role Description

This Vehicle Preparation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards for quality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely delivery of prepared vehicles.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the detailing team to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.
  • Attend regular meetings with the team to discuss progress and address any concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; candidates with equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including MVR, drug, and criminal background tests.

Compensation:

Salary estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and Fortune 500 companies' standards.
