As a Manager, Customer Account Management, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of customer service professionals, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of order-to-cash processes, maintaining open communication with staff, management, and customers to ensure effective resolution of issues, and managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results.

This role requires a strong background in customer service, leadership, and team management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. You will need to possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years' experience in customer service or related field, demonstrated leadership and team building experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
