The quality, freshness, and presentation of our offerings play a crucial role in shaping our guests' experiences at Golden Corral. The Culinary Preparation Specialist is tasked with the essential preparation of all fresh produce, including fruits and vegetables, that contribute to our Cold Choice Buffet, which is a hallmark of freshness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients in accordance with Golden Corral's product standards and established recipes.
- Ensure optimal yield and proper rotation of items throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support the Buffet Cook in maintaining a well-stocked and clean buffet area.
- Organize, clean, and maintain the preparation area, including coolers, equipment, and dry storage.
- Prior experience in a culinary role, such as a cook or prep person, is advantageous but not mandatory.
