Papaya Veterinary Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our Emergency (ER) hospital team in Encinitas, CA.

We are a transformative veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As an Associate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our experienced doctors and technicians to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of our hospital's client base, operating procedures, staff training, mentorship, and technology.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000.00 per year, 401(K) matches, DEA and Veterinary License reimbursement, Professional Liability Insurance, Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, Paid time off, Pet care discount, and Professional Development opportunities.

Our ideal candidate possesses a valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of California, 1+ years' experience practicing emergency medicine, and strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
