Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in providing clinical in-service training and orientation for new and current clinical associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the performance and professional development of clinical associates.
  • Conduct unit or department-based assessments to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Model appropriate behavior and adhere to our organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • General nursing or clinical practice experience, with a focus on teaching and education.
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support and Registered Nurse licensure in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
