**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled clinician with experience in or willingness to learn about the Collaborative Care Model.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and enjoy being part of a busy pediatrics primary clinic.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Triaging incoming referrals and conducting initial evaluations.
  • Developing individualized care plans and delivering care using evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Providing brief behavioral interventions and supporting psychotropic medication management.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health concerns.
  • Licensure as a mental health professional is required.
