Job Title: Expert

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As an Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
