About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our clients' floors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
  • Use safety measures to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Assist with special projects, including setups, breakdowns, and move-in/move-out activities
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and management
  • Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1 year of similar work experience preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus
