Job Title: Executive Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Leader to join our team at Domino's Pizza LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and accurate order taking, delivery, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure profitability and meet sales targets.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role in the food service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and any other certifications required by state or local regulations.

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and may be subject to high levels of noise and stress.
