Casual Package Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operations, bringing packages great and small to our customers. They're a friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and being behind the wheel.
SHIFT YOUR TEAM
Our drivers are expected to lift up to 70 lbs, have a valid driver's license, pass the DOT physical, and possess excellent customer service and driving skills. They must also comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
SHIFT YOUR SKILLS
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, time management, and problem-solving. You'll work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure timely and efficient package delivery.
SHIFT YOUR BENEFITS
Our drivers enjoy excellent weekly pay, growth opportunities, and extensive training. This is a seasonal role, but it might lead to a permanent position with even more advantages and benefits. Permanent, full-time drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
