Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to patients in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role involves delivering direct nursing care to patients who are acutely and critically ill, utilizing the nursing process in alignment with established standards of practice.
Shift Details: Night Shift
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 available for eligible candidates, along with relocation assistance.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Director of ICU.
Essential Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire.
- Completion of Handle with Care training within one year from the date of hire.
Applicants must hold a valid license as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or possess compact licensure that includes Virginia, maintaining good standing with the nursing board.
Prior experience in an ICU or CCU setting is strongly preferred.
