Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a critical role in educating and advising students on the fundamentals of operating a vehicle behind the wheel. You will work in a company-provided vehicle, teaching students in a safe and controlled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach students the rules of the road and provide instruction on safe driving practices
  • Help students develop confidence in their driving skills and abilities
  • Document and report on students' progress and performance
  • Maintain timely communication with supervisors and support teams
  • Attend team meetings for updates and ongoing development

Requirements

  • A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
  • 10 years of legal driving experience
  • A strong safety mindset and reasoning ability
  • Ability to give clear instruction, coach, and communicate effectively to others

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in a vehicle
  • Ability to see and hear during all weather conditions
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, touch, and feel
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21/hour and a comprehensive training program to help you obtain the state-required driving instructor certification. Our training team will guide you through the requirements and provide the coursework to obtain your state license.
