Fitness Coach

We are seeking a certified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at the Highland Lakes YMCA. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and help them achieve their fitness goals.

• Develop and lead fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to clients
• Manage and follow up with clients to create long-term relationships
• Work with entry-level participants to onboard them into the facility
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment

• Current PT certification from a nationally recognized provider
• At least 18 years of age
• Good knowledge of fitness and wellness
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or willingness to be certified within the first 30 days of employment

• Competitive hourly rate of $19.00 to $30.00
• $250 bonus for new staff
