Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare orders to ship and load packages into a trailer
  • Operate a manual meter to guarantee orders ship per regulations
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Assist other Value Center and manufacturing areas as volume dictates
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to create better work processes

Requirements

  • Show a strong work ethic and solid work history
  • Pay strict attention to details and accuracy
  • Follow directions while emphasizing safety
  • Read, speak, and write legibly in English
  • Count accurately and do simple math
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Twist, stoop, squat, reach, and crouch regularly
  • Use proper techniques to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Work overtime when needed
