Job Summary:

The role involves comprehensive cleaning duties, which encompass maintaining all communal spaces, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, staircases, and other designated areas. We offer various shifts, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Compensation: $17/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all basic cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain restrooms by restocking supplies, emptying waste bins, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring floors are swept and mopped.
  • Handle furniture movement, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
  • Inspect all waste containers before disposal.
  • Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning.
  • Address additional cleaning needs, including spills and other incidental clean-up tasks.
  • Restock cleaning carts and storage areas at the end of each shift.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to adhere to assigned work hours.
