About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Hearing Rehab Team at St. Louis Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality speech and swallow therapy services to patients, including evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, considering discharge needs and expected functional status.
  • Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, determining the skill level required to provide interventions.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Provide assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Speech Services.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  • No experience required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA (preferred).
