Residential Custodian

About the Role:
The Caretaker position is an essential member of our team at Thies & Talle Management, Inc. in Buffalo, MN. This part-time role requires a reliable and skilled individual who can maintain the cleanliness and organization of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and amenities
* Clean and prepare vacant units for new occupancy
* Maintain exterior spaces, including grounds, sidewalks, and parking areas
* Perform snow and ice removal as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, caretaking, or janitorial experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with residents and staff

Pay and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
