Role Overview

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients/residents by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). This position works closely with licensed/registered nurses to provide personalized care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients/residents with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and well-being
